Job summary

Techstra Solutions in Dallas seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions for a major financial services client. You will lead hands-on development, collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable systems.

The role emphasizes security, performance, and maintainability, with strong focus on CI/CD, governance, and reusable components across Salesforce

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience with Salesforce focus.
Advanced experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce configuration.
Strong experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
Designing and supporting complex Salesforce integrations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative development.
Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and platform events.
Experience with Git, CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
Understanding of OO development, patterns, testing and code quality.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions for a financial services client.
Lead hands-on development using Apex, LWC, APIs, and Salesforce Flow.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST/SOAP and middleware.
Translate requirements into scalable technical designs and drive best practices.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure security and data integrity.
Support CI/CD, release management, and deployment processes across environments.
