Job summary

JLL is seeking a Dallas-based Marketing Operations contractor to support the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing Initiatives and focuses on managing stakeholder communications and event coordination for key initiatives.

Responsibilities include attending meetings, taking notes, driving follow-ups, preparing agendas for virtual leadership meetings, coordinating in-person events, and supporting external communications with the PR team

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Marketing or communications experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, English or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated project management skills for complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Attend key meetings, take notes, track action items and drive to completion.
• Drive follow-ups and discussions with teams on progress against key priorities, surfacing roadblocks with leadership.
• Partner with CMO, Chief of Staff and leadership to support initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Build agendas for and facilitate regular virtual leadership meetings.
• Support planning and execution of in-person leadership meetings and events.
• Coordinate virtual/live events and town halls including agenda, engaging presentations, and production coordination.
• Support the execution of internal communications plan; brainstorm creative communications solutions to engage Marketing employees.
• Collaborate with PR to vet and prioritize external engagements and prepare talking points.
• Draft and review copy for social media and other external communications channels.
