Job summary

The City of Dallas seeks a Manager of Workers’ Compensation Claims to lead the program, oversee return-to-work initiatives, and coordinate with TPAs, defense counsel, and medical providers to ensure compliant, cost-effective claim handling.

The ideal candidate will have five years of Texas workers’ compensation experience, supervisory exposure, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; active Texas All-Lines Adjuster license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of Texas workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a program.
• Active Texas All Lines Adjuster license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers’ compensation claims from injury to closure.
• Lead return-to-work and transitional-duty programs.
