AiWB in Dallas seeks a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact Built-to-Rent communities from ground up. You will oversee model homes, amenity packages, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will drive quality, manage teams, provide weekly progress reports, and resolve issues. The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on site.
• Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead model home construction and amenity package builds.
• Manage SWPP and site setup activities.
• Address issues and resolve conflicts during construction.
