Responsibilities

Client & Business Management: Draft scope-of-work agreements, manage extra-service requests, establish project budgets, and lead presentations to secure new or repeat business.
Project Delivery & QA/QC: Direct day-to-day operations across all project phases, performing thorough technical markups and ensuring design standards align with client expectations.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Guide junior team members, orchestrate efforts among engineering consultants and contractors, and track milestones to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery.
