CodeNinja is seeking a Sales Development Representative to start commercial conversations around AI solutions enterprises can run on their own terms. The role involves researching accounts, crafting outreach, and qualifying opportunities for AEs, with multi-channel prospecting and CRM management.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Dallas. Ideal candidates have about a year of relevant experience, strong writing and phone skills, and a curiosity about AI.

Qualifications

• Around one year of sales development, inside sales, or comparable prospect-facing experience.
• Clear writing, a conversational phone manner, and persistence that respects the prospect.
• Examples of outreach, meetings, or opportunities you personally generated.
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to learn technical concepts without pretending to know every answer.
• Coachability, organization, and reliable follow-through.
• Availability to work onsite in Dallas Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts, buying triggers, and relevant stakeholders in operations, IT, data, and security.
• Write specific outreach and make calls that connect a customer problem to a credible reason to talk.
• Qualify the use case, business need, stakeholders, and timing; book meetings with a clear purpose.
• Give AEs concise handoffs and keep accurate CRM records.
• Follow up on inbound interest, events, and referrals.
• Test messaging, learn from objections, and share what works.
