Job summary

Elanco seeks a Dairy Territory Account Manager for the Eastern WI & Northern WI regions. You will drive demand and demonstrate Elanco Animal Health products to dairy customers, veterinarians, and influencers while managing territory plans, budgets, and cross-functional communications.

Travel is expected 2–3 nights per week. A bachelor’s degree in business/agriculture and 3+ years in the dairy industry are required, with strong leadership and communication skills benefiting the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or agricultural-related field.
• 3+ years of dairy industry experience.
• Experience with veterinary and/or nutritional professions.
• Previous dairy sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs to provide solutions/value via Elanco products.
• Territory planning and analysis including account planning and budget management.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers.
• Advance business opportunities for customers and Elanco.
• Learn complex dairy customers/influencers and industry dynamics.
