Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. at the Gooding Whey Plant seeks a Production Team Leader to supervise refiner processing equipment and ensure efficient production. You will collect samples for the lab, monitor operations, and adjust settings to produce top-quality products.

The role requires following SOPs, maintaining CIP processes, logging readings, and upholding safety and food safety standards. Weekend and overtime work may be required.

Formación

• Must be mechanically inclined and dependable.
• Must read/write English instructions.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Able to stand and walk entire shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals handling.

Responsabilidades

• Operate refiner processing equipment efficiently.
• Collect and deliver samples to the laboratory.
• Monitor equipment and adjust to maintain top product quality.
• Troubleshoot to improve operating efficiency.
• Operate and maintain CIP systems.
• Read and follow SOPs; help update them.
• Take readings and log equipment data.
• Report spills, hazards, and equipment issues.
