Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must be certifiable on a forklift.
• Cannot have any lifting restrictions.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Must be dependable and punctual; good safety record.
• Able to read and write English; follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Robot, Forklift and Tote Hoist efficiently.
• Monitor equipment and adjust to produce top quality products.
• Check bag seals and ensure proper pallet stacking.
• Ensure correct weights of bags and totes.
• Restock bag room with supplies and assist with changeovers.
• Help train new operators and update SOPs when possible.
