Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 1 year dairy manufacturing experience
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Able to work 12-hour variable shifts, including weekends/holidays/overtime
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Process arriving trucks for product pickup by verifying PO numbers, temperature, and SAP entry.
• Process departing trucks by checking paperwork, seal, weight, temperature, and SAP logging; provide BOL and ensure compliance.
• Maintain department logs, documentation, and email correspondence.
• Ensure outgoing loads have proper paperwork and seal documentation.
• Inspect inbound materials for conformity and quality.
• Assist in coaching and training teammates and participate in on-the-job training.
• Participate in training programs and follow food safety policies as required.
