Job summary

Foremost Farms seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to help develop, implement, and monitor plant quality programs ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory and customer requirements.

You will evaluate processes, maintain FSQA programs and train staff on GMPs, allergens, and food safety, while supporting sanitation and production teams to uphold high product quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing in quality, food safety, or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate with internal cross-functional teams and all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and methods and recommend measures to improve quality and product quality.
• Develop and maintain FSQA programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Prepare and deliver training on GMPs, allergens, food safety, quality systems, and record keeping.
• Monitor control points (CCPs, PCs, CQPs, HACCP) and ensure documentation is complete.
• Lead environmental monitoring programs and assist production and sanitation staff as needed.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for customer complaints and out-of-spec products.
