Dairy Challenge is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance and laboratory staff in ensuring top-tier food safety and product quality. You will supervise, train, and coach team members, maintaining GMPs and certifications while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role collaborates with operations to implement testing procedures, oversees documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance. Travel may be required to support site initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in QA
• Knowledge of cGMP and food safety standards
• Ability to mentor and develop staff
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance

Responsabilités

• Provide direction to QA/lab staff ensuring DFA products meet food safety and quality standards
• Develop and maintain food safety programs and procedures
• Coach, train, and develop team members with performance feedback
• Support audits by customers, regulators, and third parties
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain certifications such as SQF, Kosher, Halal, Organic
• Lead continuous improvement and collaborate across facility functions
