Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all milk processing operations and ensure GMP compliance.
• Lead and develop production associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor schedules, optimize production efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA standards.
