Michigan Milk Producers Association is seeking a shift production supervisor to lead a team in our dairy processing facility. You will plan and organize resources to achieve production, quality, and safety targets, and work with other supervisors to ensure seamless shift transitions.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining high standards for sanitation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvements in efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus supervisory experience or relevant training.
• 3+ years minimum of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize shift resources (employees, materials, time, equipment) to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop, coach, and counsel employees to maintain a motivated workforce on the shift.
• Coordinate with other production supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption from absences.
• Maintain awareness of plant operations, safety, and GMP compliance across departments.
