Job summary

Netpace Inc in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Production Supervisor I for our milk facility. You will oversee all aspects of milk processing, lead a team of production workers, ensure schedules and quality, and coordinate with quality, logistics, and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires 2+ years supervisory in food production, dairy experience preferred, and a commitment to GMP and safety. The shift includes 4 am–12:30 pm with overtime and possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a food production environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Dairy industry experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of milk processing operations.
• Lead and supervise production associates.
• Ensure GMP compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply chain.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce waste.
• Maintain safety compliance and training.
