Job summary

civil-recruit is seeking a Dairy Process Operator at the Bellevue Milk Plant in Bellevue, WA. Shifts include swing (2pm–10:30pm) and grave (10pm–6:30am) with overtime as needed. A Pasteurizer license is preferred; without it, at least 12 months of pasteurization experience is required.

This is a 90‑day temp-to-perm assignment with union onsite and competitive hourly rates. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Pasteurizer license or 12 months pasteurization experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with forklift and pallet jacks preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the dairy production process and follow SOPs for batching and processing.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment including CIP and hand cleaning; ensure GMP compliance.
• Notify management of problems affecting production and safety; document required information.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to food safety and quality in the designated area.
