Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Pasteurizer for our dairy production team. You will operate pasteurization and homogenization equipment, batch mixes, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced facility.

Hours are 2:00 AM–10:30 AM, Thursday through Monday, with overtime and varied shifts as coverage requires. Union wage progression applies with full rate after one year.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across teams and shifts.
• Ability to follow and document SOPs and GMP policies.
• Adaptability to varied shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Batch and pasteurize dairy products according to SOPs.
• Operate pasteurizing units and homogenizers; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure sanitation and HACCP compliance; maintain accurate area paperwork.
