Qualifications

• Experience following GMPs, SOPs and batch record instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment shortfalls or failures.
• Performs hourly checks to monitor material flow and processing conditions.
• Strong communication with operators and baggers; team-focused.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work area and adheres to sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs and batch records.
• Troubleshoot equipment shortfalls and perform repairs.
• Monitor processing via temperature/pressure gauges and meters.
• Maintain proper organization of materials for shipping.
• Assist with safety and departmental meetings.
