Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an operator to support dairy production in a fast-paced plant environment. The role focuses on customer-service-driven tasks within manufacturing, accurate data entry into ERP, and safe operation of drying and lactose equipment.

Responsibilities include operating the lactose evaporator, CIP on dryers, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining logs and batch records to ensure product quality and safety. Training provided for equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate Lactose Evaporator when needed and cover Lactose Operator duties.
• Perform hook ups and CIP on dryer equipment and train to operate the dryer.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist maintenance as needed.
• Ensure logs, metal detector data, and batch records are accurately recorded.
