Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a production team member to support dairy manufacturing operations in the USA.

You will follow GMPs and SOPs, perform hourly process checks, and help ensure product quality and safety while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, operating the Protein Dryer, recording results, and collaborating with the team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Must follow GMPs, SOPs and batch records instructions.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment shortfalls and repairs not requiring maintenance.
• Perform hourly checks on material flow and process instruments for optimal conditions.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow Sanitation SOPs; audit readiness and SQF compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs and batch records.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs within scope.
• Monitor process instruments and maintain proper drying conditions.
• Maintain organized storage and secure materials for shipping.
• Operate Protein Dryer and document operating results at set times.
• Attend safety and department meetings.
• Support team and assist other personnel as needed.
