Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team leads to establish plant procedures and policies.
• Foster a collaborative environment with clear expectations and feedback.
• Oversee talent selection, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and other food safety compliance.
• Coordinate production schedules and staff to meet daily output.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce health and safety policies and maintain cleanliness.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Drive KPI setting and achieve team goals.
