Job summary

Kemps, LLC is hiring machine operators to run, maintain, and set up equipment, while troubleshooting issues and ensuring GMP standards. You will process raw and finished materials and collaborate with multiple departments to meet daily production deadlines.

Competitive hourly wages start at $22.75 with increases at 6 months and 1 year, and a schedule Monday–Friday with a 9pm shift option. DFA offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and handle potential allergens.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, break down, and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and meet daily deadlines.
