Job summary

Kemps, LLC in Rochester, MN, is seeking skilled machine operators to perform setup, breakdown, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment while ensuring GMP compliance and safe operation. Operators will process raw materials and finished products, coordinate with other departments, and meet daily production deadlines in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Starting wage is $22.75 per hour with progression to $31.13 after six months and $32.63 after one year; full benefits and

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, break down and maintain production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process raw materials and finished products following GMP guidance.
• Communicate with other departments and meet daily production deadlines.
