Job summary

Kemps, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is hiring machine operators to maintain, set up, troubleshoot and operate equipment, while processing materials and maintaining GMP standards. You will communicate with all departments to meet daily deadlines.

The role offers a 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM shift, competitive pay, and benefits including a union 401(k) with company contributions, health insurance, paid vacation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a wet environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
