Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family, is seeking a Processing Manager based in Casa Grande, AZ. This role manages daily milk-receiving and processing areas to meet safety, cost, quality, and yield targets, and drives plant savings projects while guiding employee training and development.

Responsibilities include enforcing EHS rules, ensuring GMP/GFS standards, and collaborating across departments to optimize performance and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Majors in business, engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 4+ years supervisory experience in a food industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily milk-receiving and processing operations to meet safety, quality, yield, and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA and GMP/FSSC22000 standards.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Manager on budgeting and plant savings initiatives.
