Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Dairy or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Ability to follow through multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all liquid material data, including composition, weight, and volume, to ensure accuracy of the plant’s mass balance.
• Execute the industrial action plan to reduce physical losses and minimize waste.
• Serve as a strategic technical liaison on the production floor to facilitate real-time data exchange.
• Audit and upgrade sampling protocols, measurement equipment, and testing frequencies for reliable inputs.
• Analyze wastewater metrics to link losses to environmental and financial impact.
• Produce weekly and monthly leadership reports with yields, variances, and KPIs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage technical projects from scope to execution with maintenance, operations, and engineering.
• Uphold GMP, Quality, and OSHA standards and protect sensitive data confidentiality.
• Evaluate and improve volume measurement methods for reporting accuracy.
