Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Processing Supervisor to maximize productivity by directing processing staff on assigned shifts. You will plan daily tasks, resolve roadblocks, and enforce safety and quality protocols in alignment with MOS and CI processes.

Reporting to the Processing Manager, this role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to sustain Lactalis’s industry leadership in dairy operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years in a dairy processing plant or similar facility.
Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Adapt to changing needs; lead others through change.
Strong team player and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Directs Milk Receiving and Processing departments' activities.
Schedules flow of raw milk and by-products.
Coordinate run times to match filler needs for efficiency.
Monitor discharge of Waste Water; ensure safety.
PM of processing machinery as needed.
Provide ops recommendations to Production Manager for quality.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures.
