Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Processing Manager to oversee daily milk receiving and processing operations. You will drive safety, quality, yields, and cost performance while guiding training and development of staff.

The role requires leadership in a plant environment, ability to implement improvements, and coordination across departments. Preference for candidates with a food industry background and strong EHS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (7 years) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Majors in business, engineering, manufacturing, or related field required.
• 4+ years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Previous employment in a food industry setting preferred.
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enforce EHS rules and participate in risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA and GMP standards.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards; coordinate deviation analyses.
• Execute QA programs to prevent defects; adjust processes for conformance.
• Manage Mass Balance reliability and material accounting.
