You will drive CI practices, coordinate with multiple departments, and report to the Processing Manager. This position requires strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement within a leading dairy producer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a dairy processing plant or similar facility.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall activities of the Milk Receiving and Processing departments.
• Schedules the flow of raw milk and by-products.
• Coordinates run times to match filler needs for efficiency.
• Monitors wastewater flow and discharge.
• Maintenance and PM of processing machinery as required.
• Provide recommendations to Production Manager to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
