Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in High Point, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment across dairy processing lines, including pasteurization, filling, packaging, and refrigeration.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; repair boilers, pumps, conveyors, and related machinery, and train newer team members on safe practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Food safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair boilers, pumps, compressors, filters, tanks, and other equipment in machine rooms.
• Maintain and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and components.
• Service and repair pasteurizing equipment to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, case handling systems, filling and packaging machinery.
• Maintain and repair blow molding equipment used in production.
• Service and repair plumbing, piping, and vacuum systems.
