Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations across production, processing, and packaging systems while following GMP and safety procedures.

The role requires experience reading schematics, performing diagnostics, and collaborating with operators and other departments to minimize downtime. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical schooling preferred in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments with PLC/HMI knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and service manuals; perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment.
• Read and interpret procedures and manuals to perform required maintenance.
• Support installation of new equipment and assist operators with troubleshooting.
• Document work orders clearly and maintain safe working conditions.
• Work with limited supervision and communicate effectively with teams.
