Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Processing Team Leader for the 3rd shift (9PM to 5AM) with weekend/OT as required. The role leads a team of processing operators, coordinates the daily and weekly activities in the Processing area, and drives safety, quality, and efficiency improvements across the cream cheese production process.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of cream cheese technology and manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing cost aspects.
• Must demonstrate leadership competencies and guide teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operators according to shift needs and production plan.
• Supervise processing areas and ensure safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Lead start-up and hand-off meetings at shift changes and document results.
• Ensure sanitation and GMP/HACCP/ISO compliance in the processing area.
• Identify training needs and support cross-training initiatives.
• Organize meetings with operators and other departments for problem solving.
