Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate cook equipment safely and accurately
• Follow cook formula procedures for products on the lines
• Set up, start-up, and changeover procedures for equipment
• Monitor and communicate process or product abnormalities to supervision
• Perform sanitation duties for cook area and equipment; complete sanitation tasks
• Document quality checks (cook sheets, temperature charts, etc.) as required
• Handle chemicals safely and manage cleaner strengths in sanitation
• Maintain the powder feed system and support GMPs and QA systems
• Assist with training, observations, and other duties as assigned
