Job summary

Kraft Heinz Beaver Dam plant is seeking a capable Processing Team Leader for the 3rd shift to coordinate and supervise the cream cheese production line. You will lead operators, ensure safety, quality and delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced dairy environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of dairy processing. Expect extended hours and weekend coverage with competitive starting wage of $34 per hour plus a $2 shift premium.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of cream cheese technology and manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
• Must demonstrate leadership competencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds per NIOSH lifting equation.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Able to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing team within the cream cheese area.
• Coordinate operators and ensure safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Enter production data in SAP and monitor KPI results.
• Lead shift handoffs and CI meetings with operators.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and QA for problem solving.
