Job summary

Kraft Heinz Beaver Dam Plant in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor for 3rd shift to lead hourly teams and drive productivity and safety. You will coach and develop supervision, coordinate daily production and ensure quality, cost and schedule adherence while fostering engagement across the line.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a supervisor role, experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor large teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supervisor role
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of hourly associates
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical/critical thinking
• Strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills
• Ability to work effectively with plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and employee engagement objectives through individual and team contributions.
• Provide direction, leadership and support to direct reports through empowerment and on-the-job assignments and continuous improvement projects.
• Develops, promotes and supports safety programs and safe work practices.
• Promotes sound employee & labor relations within the department by developing an effective organization with qualified personnel.
• Develops, promotes and supports continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
• Overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business.
