Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards.
• Perform quality assurance checks at designated intervals.
• Understand product flow from milk silos to bottling/packaging.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
• Report food safety/quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations.
• Follow GMP and all regulatory requirements.
