Job summary

Proliant Dairy Ingredients is seeking a Production Operator to assist multiple plant areas within a quality-focused environment. The role runs from 6am to 4pm and involves packaging, inventory, and raw material handling in accordance with GMP standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and about a year of related manufacturing experience, with strong attention to safety, data recording, and teamwork in a fast-paced dairy setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year stable work experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pack, bag, blend, weigh, seal, and palletize powder.
• Operate packaging and palletizing equipment and adjust as needed.
• Label and track inventory using the computerized system.
• Unload raw inventory and perform quality checks on loads.
• Operate dryers and other production equipment and monitor temperatures.
• Support maintenance with minor repairs and cleaning.
