Job summary

Darigold is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor for our Pasco, WA plant. The role leads the assigned production shift, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while coordinating labor and resources across receiving, processing, and packaging.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, enforcing GMPs/HACCP, communicating production changes, and driving continuous improvement with a focus on safety and efficiency. Weekend/holiday availability is required in a dynamic dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the processing of fluid milk products desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred from a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the assigned production shift and supervision of personnel.
• Monitor safety, quality, reliability, and productivity on the shift.
• Coordinate labor and resources to achieve plant objectives and maintain continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA standards; partner with maintenance and quality teams.
