Job summary

Darigold is seeking a Wet Processing Operator for our Pasco, WA plant. You will operate milk processing equipment, perform CIP/sanitation, and maintain records while contributing to 24/7 production goals.

The role requires quick adaptation to a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and the ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of production experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with others to achieve team goals.
• Must be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Must maintain high attendance and be reliable with responsibilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 12+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to obtain certifications for pasteurizing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate milk processing equipment and related units.
• Maintain efficiency standards and contribute improvement ideas.
• Perform CIP and sanitation; keep area organized and clean.
• Conduct quality tests on milk constituents as required.
• Operate equipment to meet target specifications and finish products.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Ensure tanks are correctly tagged and documented.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
