Job summary

Darigold in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the Thursday–Saturday shift (6:00pm–6:30am) and alternate Wednesdays. You will supervise processing, coordinate manpower, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity across the operations team.

Dairy manufacturing experience is required.
Proven leadership and supervision experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Ability to manage personnel and schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision for the assigned production shift.
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor activities of workers on processing and production.
Mobilize plant personnel to achieve plant objectives.
Motivate, train, and communicate with shift teams for safety and quality.
Balance labor against production volume and optimize resource use.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, HACCP; document and report incidents.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and safety activities.
