Job summary

Darigold, Inc. in Pasco, WA is seeking a dedicated production operator to run milk processing equipment and maintain finished product quality. You will perform CIP and sanitation, document results, and support training while adhering to GMP and safety policies.

The role requires the ability to work multiple shifts in a 24/7 operation, with heavy lifting and long periods of standing. Prior dairy experience is a plus, and a strong attendance record is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year production experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Must obtain and maintain certifications for Pasteurizing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate milk processing equipment and ensure target specs.
• Perform CIP and sanitation and maintain tidy work area.
• Submit timely and accurate reports and maintain documentation.
• Assist training of new personnel and support safety policies.
• Maintain attendance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
