Select Milk Producers is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Operator for the Littlefield, TX facility. You will support sanitation and food safety across the plant, coordinating with operations to execute the MSS and GMP inspections.

The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness and compliance with HACCP protocols. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn sanitation processes.

Formación

• Experience in sanitation and food safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow Master Sanitation Schedule and GMP procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Clean and maintain walls, ceilings, floors, pipes and fixtures.
• Assist in cleaning processing equipment and sanitation audits.
• Support wastewater sampling and analysis as directed.
