Job summary

Select Milk Producers in Texas is seeking a hands-on dairy processing operator to support receiving, separators, pasteurizer, butter operations, evaporators, dryer, and packaging. You will run equipment, perform cleaning, and document procedures while maintaining a clean, sanitary work area.

Required are a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a Forklift Operator License and a Sampler’s License.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Commitment to safety procedures and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of receiving, separators, HTSTs, evaporators, load outs, butter operation, warehouse, dryer and powder packaging.
• Monitor chemical use during cleanup and CIP logs.
• Maintain sanitation and records; ensure safety and GMP adherence.
• Inform and coordinate with other departments on run conditions and changes.
• Assist with sampling of hourly condensates and products as required.
