Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certificate in Industrial Automation or related field.
- 5+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing automation.
- Experience with Rockwell PLC and HMI software/systems.
- AutoCAD LT experience is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of dairy processing operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own automation & controls across site, including PLC/HMI systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, modify, and optimize Rockwell/AB PLC-based control systems and HMI applications.
- Diagnose complex automation issues and identify root causes affecting equipment reliability.
- Support automation across packaging, conveyors, robotics, and related systems.
- Respond to automation failures and assist maintenance for safe operation.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives in automation.
- Review vendor controls solutions to ensure site standards.
