Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Packaging Department on 2nd or 3rd shift, with weekend and holiday availability. This role reports to the Plant Manager and drives daily operations, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prepare weekly schedule and assign jobs across departments.
• Post and maintain current employee qualification lists.
• Submit work orders for safety, equipment repair and process upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packaging Department and report to the Plant Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including capital projects.
• Coordinate raw material and finished product movement.
• Manage labor planning, coordination and monitoring.
• Review shift results and prepare shift reports.
