Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct day-to-day operations across Production, Maintenance, and Quality. The role oversees sanitation, adherence to safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

You will collaborate with Safety, Quality, HR, and Plant leadership to ensure efficient operations, training, and compliance with company policies. This position is based in Buffalo, NY and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Safety – Works with Safety Manager to ensure compliance with Company Safety program.
• Quality - Works with the quality team to ensure compliance with the Company Quality standards.
• Human Resources – Works with Human Resource Manager and plant management to maintain employee payroll, time and attendance, morale, and training.
• Production – Works with Plant Superintendent and Production Manager to achieve production goals on product quality, machine efficiency, employee productivity, staffing and training.
• Warehouse/Cooler– Works with Plant Superintendent and Cooler Manager to achieve cooler goals on customer fill rate, cooler shrink, and cooler rotation.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve safety losses, performance results, processes and costs.
