Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will lead load-out, production, maintenance and quality control, ensuring safety and efficiency while aligning with company policies.

You will mentor staff, coordinate daily ship-out activities, and help implement SAP processes. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's in Food Science or Business is preferred. Prior dairy/food warehousing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the operation in areas of Trailer Load-Out, Production, Maintenance and Quality Control.
• Maintain shipping and load-out activities within policy and process.
• Cover for vacations and days off as needed, primarily night shift.
• Lead safety programs and accident investigations as required.
• Coordinate load-out schedules, production runs and bills of lading.
• Implement SAP training and ensure proper adoption of SAP processes.
• Monitor inventory control and variances in shipping, packaging and processing supplies.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce losses and improve safety and efficiency.
