Job summary

Gossner Foods, Inc. is seeking a Mixing Operator to operate equipment in the Mixing Department and prepare products for production. You will batch, standardize ingredients, clean equipment, perform CIP, and complete required documentation while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to perform physical duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates must successfully complete required pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical fitness testing.
• Job-specific training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all equipment within the Mixing Department.
• Prepare, batch, and standardize products per production specs.
• Complete required production, batching, and quality documentation.
• Perform manual cleaning and CIP procedures.
• Obtain raw milk samples for quality testing.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients under supervision.
• Monitor equipment and report abnormalities.
