Job summary

Greenfield Milling in Hereford, TX seeks a Mix Operator I to oversee batch mixing, ensuring quality and food safety. You will collaborate with QA, control ingredients, and batch to meet schedules while keeping areas clean and organized.

Shifts run 3-11 pm or 11 pm-7 am; experience with GMP and allergen procedures is valued. A strong team player with basic math and data entry ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; English literacy required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work all shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Weigh up, blend all mixes per production schedule and recipe card.
• Communicate with quality to meet standards of QA.
• Maintain mix production and storage areas in an organized fashion.
• Attach labels and recipe cards to totes/bags as necessary.
• Follow allergen cleanup procedures and GMP requirements.
• Monitor production line and document quantities produced.
