Responsibilities

• Organize work, train and schedule associates to provide prompt courteous service.
• Respond to customer/associate comments, complaints, requests, and questions professionally.
• Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering and balance on hand.
• Price and display merchandise; manage signage, rotation, quality and space.
• Advise on merchandising techniques, customer service and promotions.
• Implement company programs and adhere to policies, especially safety and harassment policies.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results to maximize sales and profits.
• Interact with associates and customers to create a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely and per policies.
• Keep floor, shelves and displays clean and sanitary; update temperature logs.
• Assist on inventories, store resets, remodels and promotions.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; complete performance reviews.
